All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches must complete and submit the below form in order to be considered for any open coaching positions with the Bel Air Football program. Anyone working with players at practices or games must be a registered Coach. It is the program's policy that only approved staff members are permitted on the playing fields during practices and games. Head Coaches are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are in these designated areas during practices and games.

  Due to the high level of contact with the public and in the interest of safety, the Bel Air Football Program reserves the right to conduct an official background investigation on all applicants.
   
  By submitting this form, you certify that the information that I have provided is true and correct under penalty of perjury. I also authorize the Bel Air Recreation Committee to conduct a background investigation and I acknowledge that the results thereof will be confidential and not disclosed to any anyone other that the BARC Board of Directors and the Bel Air Football Chairman and Vice Chairman.
