Attention: Volunteers MUST go through the background check process in order to be approved to participate as a volunteer in the program. Background checks last for two years so if you have already been approved through a Bel Air recreation committee program in the past 18 months, you do not need to re-submit for the background check at this time. If you have not submitted your information to have a background check performed within the past 18 months, you will be asked to do so before the season begins.
Each volunteer is expected to wear a BARC issued ID Badge at any time during ALL Program events. It is the volunteers responsibility to acquire their badge before the season starts. Any lost badges must be replaced at a cost of $10 prior to resuming any volunteer activity.
This is a registration process for anyone who intends to actively participate in the Bel Air Terps Cheeeleading program as a volunteer. Volunteer positions include, but are not limited to:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
- Team Manager/Mom`
- General Volunteer
You need to have an approved current background check in order to be a volunteer with the program.
